yesterday was a good day - haven't felt this happy and relaxed for years. i guess i can simply attribute it to the fact that i've never felt so completely at ease, and completely stress-free, for years now.

started off with breakfast cooked by my significant other at her place, went down school together, comics at toa payoh by myself after that, sitting around at a mc's chatting with a friend, then birthday dinner celebration for my grandma at a restaurant, where my entire extended family gathered (save 2 people) - something that i haven't been part of for more than 5 years. plus my eldest cousin brought her fiance to meet everyone for the first time, and we hit it off pretty well (considering he's younger than her and my age). LAN gaming with my younger cousins after that, and kaya bread, eggs and milo for supper with a jc buddy and chatting till the 6 in the morning.
