I've started to realize some interesting things for some time now:

i) I can't write, or articulate myself as well as I used to. I think I was much more articulate in year one, and even more so back in army / JC.

ii) I've begun to make very obvious spelling mistakes and typos. Sometimes I catch myself in the midst of committing one e.g. 'hye' instead of 'hey', or typing out something grammatically incorrect, but sometimes I only spot them when someone points it out to me (and it's not due to my typing too fast)

iii) I've never had a particularly good memory (compared to friends who rattle off lyrics to Sesame Street, names of dead psychologists, statistical formulae, the dates of when we last met, what we did last year etc), but lately it's gotten even worse. I have to sit down and think for a long long time before I have an inkling of what I did / could have done a few days before

iv) I've lost knowledge of loads of words.. often I struggle to find the right word for the situation. And I often can't.

I've started to wonder whether it's something more serious (I'm serious here!)
