My Best Friend - Sat 2nd February
Went ACJC Funfair with Wen, and met - Michael, Wei Khai, my cousin Jeremy, Shaun and Paul (my neighbours) - and Paul's gf Clarissa - who happens to be one of my tutorial classmates. Small world. Met Ivan and Sharon as well... all in all pretty interesting, but as like 2 years' back, incredibly packed. Supposed to go Ikea to gai², but ended up going back to my place, dump some of the stuff we got, then spent the rest of the evening and a good part of the night at Stadium Cove (Note to self: Make more friends who stay closer than Boon Lay so can send home and back without using up many years of life). Oh yes, and my army friend Malcolm's back from Australia after a long hiatus.

Scrubbing Walls and Missing Appointments - Sun 3rd February
Spent a good part of the morning scrubbing paint of the garage walls 'cos Mum wanted to have it repainted. Ended up getting paint flecks all over and utterly drenched (used enough water to cause all the floods in Jakarta, to help get rid of the damned paint bits on the wall). Was late, and therefore, missed lunch appointment with bB... sorry dear... my fault I guess, but hopefully my reason was good enough... ate at Toa Payoh KFC with Teng and Chee Teng - very difficult to get friends out for lunch nowadays so had to grab any available opportunity. Visited Gran at Hougang and spent time chatting with Daniel about all the usual life issues - girls, studies, army, family...

'Si: Still trying to find your FHM... u received my SMS today?
Joyce: Ditto for you too... received my SMS? Yes I am paranoid abt the whole sending-receiving thing... humour me once more yar?
BK: Are you pissed at me or something...? You haf to tell me you know..

Note to my loyal readers: Usually the songs I listen to reflect how I'm feeling and all that... puts into words what I can't express otherwise.. not really the case for this one though.. though I could stretch the interpretation if I wanted to... tune's pretty catchy though..
