i met someone yesterday who gave me a pep talk: why don't you just go ahead and do it! cfa, mba... whatever. sounded very much like what i was telling my own colleagues, but when someone else tells me that, the effect can be very different, especially when the person had already went out and did exactly what the person advised.

aside from the fact that i think we have limited time and need to be selective about what we choose to do, that was a good boost.

thankfully, it was a guy. so, nothing to worry about =p
