absolutely pissed with the sistic online booking system - couldn't book tickets for one show cos every time i clicked on the 'next' button, it just refreshed the page; didn't let me book tickets using a certain credit card which gave 10% discount, so i had to use another credit card and paid about 40 bucks more; cleared all my info so i had to key in everything all over again every time it didn't acknowledge my request.. and to top it all off, just when everything seemed to be going smoothly, my internet connection cut off.

all this added up to almost TWO hours of my life spent clicking buttons and hitting keys on my keyboard furiously like a mouse on steroids in order to get the last few tix for my performance.
