I must not fear.
Fear, self-indulgence, pride, anger are the mind-killers.
They are the little deaths that bring total obliteration.
I will face my fears.
I will permit them to pass over me, through me.
And when they have gone past I will turn the inner eye to see their path.

Where fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
