Listening to: the whirr of my PC's internal fan

My email account has remained silent for the past two and a half weeks, save for one or two emails from classmates about inconsequential things. A reflection of how life is now maybe. The same can be said about ICQ, where all the interesting people - and consequently, the interesting conversations - seem to have disappeared.

Or maybe it's just that conversation's are a two-way thing, a product of the interaction of the people involved, and the person who has run out of interesting things to say isn't the other party.

---------------

A very unproductive weekend. I didn't plan to catch 'Forbidden City' and go for the Big Walk in the span of two days, not with work piling up, but somehow I had managed to note down the performance as being on last Tuesday instead of Saturday, and the Big Walk had been postponed since May till yesterday. Totally gone after that of course, barely getting past the most essential of readings to re-do my thesis proposal. Mind is still blank on how to modify or create new studies, as well as to creatively operationalize them though.
