it's the end of september and i've suddenly realized the big hole i've managed to dig myself into. work is far, far, far more time-consuming than i expected it to be - and considering that i havent taken 4 modules since year 1 sem 1, that's saying a lot. it hasn't helped that i've felt so tired either - i make do with 10 hour long sleeps. coupled with the inherent stress, my ability to keep exercise out of my life, and my penchant for eating under duress...
