It's been a pretty excellent weekend, all in all. Spent Saturday morning having breakfast with a uni friend at Killiney Kopi Tiam (the branch at Siglap) - nice toasted slices of bread with sinfully rich butter and home-made kaya, with eggs to go with it - then just walking around the estate and visiting my primary school.

Traipped down to Parkway from there, just window-shopping, then lunch at a tiny café nearby. Then it was some comic reading at Katong, before meeting the guys for dinner at Old Airport Market, and a 3-hour long mad game of Risk at my place.

Sunday, more comic reading at Sim Lim, sitting among some cushions as the rain poured down torrentially outside, finally lounging at Lips Café flipping through magazines with a nice Double Oreo Cheesecake.

I'm very pleased.
