MM's birthday celebration at Raffles Town Club today. Brief intro: MM is, simply put, the nicest person I know. Ever. Always cheerful, never in a bad mood, never says the wrong things - and not because she tries hard not to, but 'cos it's just her, and she's not the uppity type who can't take a joke or two. Oh, and she holds the distinction of being the only close(r) female friend of mine whom I've never ever had any disagreement with, of any sort. So anyway, it was a pretty interesting celebration, her aunt had got a nice suite overlooking the pool, and got to know some of her friends who are nice in their own right (and they insist that she's so wonderfully nice that they feel bad or evil when compared to her), lots of whom are from NUS, nice steamboat dinner, a few rounds of mahjong... yup.

Other matters... missed going to Molly Malone's with some of my psychophysics friends (ok, well, two, but they're girls, so hey) 'cos of the birthday celebration. Chatted with Da-jie in the afternoon. And have been bombarded with notes, SMSs and the like from loads of friends on lots of things... relationships lah, work lah,chalet planning lah... the usual blah stuff.
