Silent riposte
Saw Ying today. She's this girl I first knew in JC. All started when she and her buddy gave me furtive looks on an SBS bus, coupled with hysterical gigglings. Right. All remained peaceful and quiet till my first year in army, when I just gave her a call 'cos I was sibei depressed etc etc (a story I'm sure most of you have heard ad infinitum and nauseam). And I would always call her when I had girl problems and wanted a simple listening ear... and she would tell me about her simple life giving tuition and her nattiness over Takashi Sorimachi and how fab Beach Boys was (now I know Beach Boys is pretty good). I thought that that friendship would last pretty long, 'cos we had somehow managed to go thru it all for 2 years without any face to face contact, let alone an outing. But passing her along the corridor today... all we managed was a silent 'hi'... another friendship bites the dust.

bB said her bro - bBb - saw me having dinner with a friend last night and he waved to me. Actually he was just sitting at the next table. Sad to inform all that I did not see him. I did in fact know that a group consisting of one guy and three girls was occupying the table beside ours but... I only looked at the girls. Ok. So I didn't see all the girls. Else I would have noticed his gf. Anyways. The farnie thing was my friend was a bit preoccupied looking at one of the other girls. He's a doctor what! Assessing her general health condition etc. *Bleah*

Have recently realized that there's someone in my HR class that looks like that single reply SMS girl I mentioned... that-odd-girl. And have found a face on TV that closely resembles her... Judi Bowker... hmm.
