The exams are finally over! Hurrah! Went to Far East right after my last paper and rummaged through a second-hand bookstore there and found these... heh heh...

- Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco
- The Island Of The Day Before by Umberto Eco
It seems that his books are pretty much out-of-print.. although I saw a book or two at Kino Bugis a few months back...

- Dreams Of A Final Theory by Steven Weinberg (I think we got this for Gilbert for his birthday)
- The Princessa by Harriet Rubin

Today
Went back school to try to help Tuan Yao with her last paper... she treated me to Billy Bomber's Holland V for all the help... although I really didn't think I've been doing much for her this sem... we were supposed to have had dinner with Cheryl to celebrate her b'day but the poor girl had diarrhea... dinner round two at Mc's with Jeremy at Post Centre... another treat - he insisted - 'cos he was late... I've got to stop eating like this!

Other things
Prahlad's back from Melbourne... so is Andy. Called both of them today. Yupz, my social calendar just got fatter. Back on ICQ-ing terms with LN... Tennis with the guys later... and going for the Busking Festival thingy at Singapore River in the evening... all in all... things are looking much better than they have been for a very long time...
